While Tulasi Honesty Jewels ensures all gold products are BIS hallmarked, silver products are 92.5% sterling silver certified, and diamonds come with appropriate GIA/IGI certification where applicable, customers are advised to verify hallmark details and certificate numbers at the time of purchase. We recommend examining the hallmark stamp and matching certificate numbers before accepting delivery.
Natural gemstones may have inclusions and variations in colour, which are characteristics of genuine stones. Lab-created or treated gemstones, if any, will be clearly disclosed in the product description. Certification for precious gemstones (emerald, ruby, sapphire) is provided where available.
