Tulasi Honesty Jewels offers lifetime exchange on all gold and diamond jewellery purchased from our store. You can exchange your precious pieces for new designs anytime, paying only the difference in weight and making charges plus applicable taxes. This is our promise of honesty and transparency to our valued customers.
Exchange Terms
Original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange
Jewellery must be in original condition (except normal wear and tear)
Exchange value is based on current day's gold rate (for gold jewellery)
For diamond jewellery, exchange value is based on current market rates with original certificate
Making charges and taxes are applicable on the new piece
Gemstone jewellery can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with original certificate
Silver jewellery can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase
Buyback Policy
We offer transparent buyback of gold jewellery at prevailing market rates. The buyback value is calculated as:
Gold value = (Weight in grams × Current gold rate) minus nominal refining charges
Diamond value is assessed based on current market rates and GIA/IGI certification
Gemstone value is assessed based on quality, origin and current market rates
Making charges are not refunded in buyback transactions
BIS hallmark is mandatory for gold buyback
Refund Policy
For online purchases, refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Damaged/Defective Products: Full refund within 7 days of delivery after quality inspection
Wrong Product Delivered: Full refund or replacement at no cost, including return shipping
Purity Issues: Full refund if BIS hallmark or certification is found incorrect after verification
Change of Mind: Not applicable for jewellery due to hygiene, security reasons, and market fluctuations
How to Initiate Exchange or Refund
For in-store purchases: Visit our Chikkaballapur store with the original invoice. Our staff will assist you with the exchange process. For online orders: Contact our customer service at 081562 99960 or email info@tulasihonestyjewels.com within the return window. Our team will guide you through the process.

Exclusions & Special Conditions
Custom-made jewellery and engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
Products with missing or damaged certificates will not be accepted
Polki, Kundan, and antique finish pieces are subject to special evaluation
Items altered or resized by external jewellers cannot be exchanged
Seconds or clearance items are not eligible for exchange
Exchange Process Timeline
Store exchange: Immediate processing during store hours
Online exchange request: Response within 24-48 hours
Return pickup: Arranged within 3-5 business days
Refund processing: 7-10 business days after quality inspection
