Shipping Policy

Tulasi Honesty Jewels offers insured shipping on every order within Karnataka and across India. Your order will be shipped with our fully secured logistics system. We partner with reputed courier services that specialize in handling valuable shipments. We request the customers to inspect the delivered package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing the receipt.

Delivery

Packages will be dispatched within 2 days of payment and are shipped via insured courier service. The shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as insurance costs. The transport fees will vary and it is based on the total weight of the package. We suggest you to club your items in one order. If you place separate orders for a group of items the shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected with premium cushioning material.

Delivery Timeline

• In-Stock Items (Gold/Diamond/Silver): 3-7 business days from dispatch
• Made-to-Order: 10-15 business days from dispatch
• Custom Designs: 20-25 business days from dispatch
• Store Pickup: Ready within 2 hours (Chikkaballapur store)
• Local Delivery (Chikkaballapur area): Same day delivery available on request

Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹50,000: Flat ₹500 shipping fee (includes handling, packing & insurance)
• Orders above ₹50,000: Free shipping (complimentary insurance included)
• Local Delivery (Chikkaballapur): Free delivery for all orders
• International shipping: Available on request (charges vary based on weight and destination)

Secure Packaging

Your precious jewellery is packaged in tamper-proof, discreet boxes with no external branding to ensure privacy and security. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected with premium cushioning material to prevent any damage during transit. Each package includes:

• Certificate of Authenticity
• BIS Hallmark details (for gold jewellery)
• GIA/Diamond grading certificate (for diamonds above 0.5 carat)
• Gemstone certification (for precious gemstones)
• Care instructions and premium cleaning cloth
• Original invoice and lifetime exchange warranty card

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package through our carrier partner's website or mobile app. We recommend checking the tracking status regularly for real-time updates on your delivery. For any tracking-related queries, please contact our customer support team.

Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Select "Store Pickup" at checkout to collect your order from our Chikkaballapur store. This option is free of charge and available during store operating hours (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, daily). Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid government ID proof for verification.

• Please inspect the package for any damage or tamper before accepting delivery from the courier partner

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner delays
• Tulasi Honesty Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
• In case of a lost package, we will initiate a full investigation with the courier partner and ensure prompt resolution
• All shipments are fully insured for the value of the product until successful delivery

International Shipping

Delivery timelines for international orders typically range from 10-20 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
